A workout log, food diary and calorie tracker in one Android app.
Fitnouriva records your sets and meals, pulls steps and heart rate from Health Connect, and adjusts its calorie estimates once it has a few of your weigh-ins.

Log your workout as you go.
Start a session and add exercises from a list of 75, or create your own. The app keeps a clock, a rest timer and a running calorie estimate while you train.
Rest timer
Pick a rest length in 15-second steps. Your phone vibrates when it's time for the next set, and the timer stays accurate if you leave the app.
Last session's numbers
Each exercise shows what you lifted last time, so you know what to aim for.
Any kind of exercise
Weight and reps, bodyweight reps, time, or time and distance. Pull-ups and dips can be logged as bodyweight, weighted or assisted.
Routines
Save a finished workout as a routine and start from it next time. You can also repeat any past workout.

Track each lift over time.
Every exercise has its own chart of top set, estimated one-rep max and total volume. There's also a chart of how long you rest between sets, session by session.

Log food by searching, scanning or taking a photo.
Meals are split into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with protein, carbs and fat shown against your targets.
Search
Look up a food by name. Recent foods and favourites show first.

Scan a package. If it isn't in the database yet, the app asks for a photo of the label instead.
UPC / EANNutrition label
Take a picture of the label and the app reads the numbers off it. You check them before saving.

The app suggests what the dish is. Recognition runs on your phone and the photo isn't uploaded.

Use the slider or type an exact weight in grams.
Full nutrition facts
Fibre, sugar, sodium, cholesterol, saturated and trans fat, plus common vitamins and minerals.
Works with Health Connect
Food you log is shared with Health Connect so other apps can use it.

Calorie estimates that adjust to you.
Burn estimates are based on averages, so they're often off for any one person. After at least three weigh-ins over two weeks, Fitnouriva compares how your weight actually changed with what your food log predicted, and corrects its estimate.
weight change × 7,700 kcal/kg = food eaten − correction × estimated burn
The correction is limited to about 25% either way and phased in over four weeks.
A daily budget you can plan around
Your target is based on the whole day's expected burn, including the hours you haven't lived yet, so it doesn't creep up as the day goes on.
Steps, heart rate and burn
Read from your watch or phone through Health Connect, with hourly steps, heart-rate zones and a breakdown of where your calories went.

FAQ
What phones are supported?
Android phones running Android 8.0 or newer. There isn't an iPhone version.
Do I need a smartwatch?
No. Workouts, food and weight tracking work without one. If a watch or another app shares steps, heart rate or calories with Health Connect, Fitnouriva uses them.
Does the photo feature estimate calories?
It only identifies the food. The nutrition information comes from the food database, and you choose the portion.
I have a phone and a watch. Will my steps be counted twice?
No. For each day, Fitnouriva uses the single source with the highest reading instead of adding them together.
Can I use pounds?
Yes. One setting switches weight, height, distance and pace between metric and imperial.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Cancel or change subscription." It opens the Google Play page where you can cancel.
